Manufactured home community residents value their landscaped grounds and attractive amenities, especially since they don't have to do the work. The "chores" that you would normally be responsible for are taken care of by the community like lawn maintenance, road maintenance, snow removal and infrastructure repairs. When you live in a subdivision you are responsible for the care of everything since you are the owner of both the house and the land.
